Sandwiches-Baby mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil pesto & rocket leaves on a toasted wholemeal bap

-Tuna fish, olive tapenade, parmesan cheese & cos lettuce on toasted focaccia bread

-Smoked paprika marinated chicken breast, served with rainbow coleslaw on toasted focaccia bread
